Contracts of Employment

Settlement Agreements

There may come a time when you and one of your employees wish to go your separate ways. Your employee will need to agree to sign the Settlement Agreement, and financial settlements are usually offered as an incentive. The Settlement Agreement will not be valid until your employee has obtained independent legal advice.
