Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and confident individual to join our team as a Client Services Assistant. This full-time position involves working with clients to address their concerns, answer their questions and assist them with their needs. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and support.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Communication:

Make outbound telephone calls to clients, updating them on various legal products.

Communicate at vital touchpoints throughout the customer’s legal transactions, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Introducing relevant products and services to the client that we offer.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing timely and relevant information.

Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns with a friendly and approachable demeanour.

Administrative Support:

Update clients regularly and deal with concerns they may have

Ensure accurate message taking and documentation, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail.

Organisational Skills:

Work efficiently in a busy and pressured environment, demonstrating excellent organisational skills.

Prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines and contribute to the overall efficiency of the team.

Positive Attitude:

Approach tasks with a positive and enthusiastic mindset, fostering a friendly and collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience in making outbound telephone calls.

Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information in a clear and understandable manner.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced and busy environment.

Training:

Full in-house training will be provided to ensure that you have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the role.
