Philip’s experience and expertise in family law is second to none.
Philip represents children in court proceedings, as well as parents and extended family members, other interested parties. This includes cases of non-accidental injury and shaken-baby injury, adoption and placement and special guardianship. He has experience in Child Abduction matters (Hague & Non-Hague convention); Domestic Violence; International / Jurisdictional family matters.
Philip also represents people in forced marriage cases, at the Coroners Court, in inquests and in relation to Court of Protection Matters. He is qualified and accredited in all aspects of Family and Civil Mediation including Court of Protection Mediation, MIAMS, (Mediation Information and Assessment Meetings), Family Mediation (children and financial matters), and Child Consultation in mediation.
He also represents clients on financial matters on divorce and separation. He has represented clients in the family courts, county courts and higher courts including the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.
