Priorities Assistant – Front of House

In addition to front-of-house duties, the assistant provides essential business administrative support throughout the working day.

Responsibilities:

  • Set and maintain the highest standards of client care and customer service.
  • Handle new client calls, triage, and schedule appointments with solicitors.
  • Support the switchboard as needed (training provided).
  • Facilitate the effective management of reception on a day-to-day basis, including the presentation of the reception area, ensuring high standards are maintained.
  • Liaise directly with staff regarding the arrival of clients and signed-for deliveries.
  • Provide support to staff with tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and preparing incoming post for scanning and distribution, plus any outgoing franked post.
  • Support staff with daily office duties and tasks.
  • Review and order office stationery, maintaining stock levels weekly.
  • Produce documentation in Google Suite/Microsoft Word and Excel.

Qualification/Experience:

  • Preference for experience in a fast-paced, evolving, and dynamic environment.
  • Experience dealing with clients and managing high call volumes.
  • Experience in executing business administrative tasks.
  • Interest in working in a legal environment is desirable but not essential.
