Fiona Draper is a Solicitor Advocate in the firm’s Family team, specialising in divorce, financial matters arising from separation and complex matrimonial cases. Admitted as a solicitor in 1987, Fiona brings extensive experience in helping clients achieve fair and balanced financial settlements at what is often a highly challenging time.
Fiona is a skilled advocate who undertakes a significant amount of her own court work, representing clients in a wide range of family proceedings. She is also experienced in resolving matters through the collaborative law process, working constructively with all parties to reach negotiated solutions where possible. Her practice includes advising on pre-nuptial and pre-cohabitation agreements, as well as resolving private children cases.
In addition to her client work, Fiona supports more junior members of the team with progressing their cases, drafting documents and advising their clients, contributing to the development of the department’s expertise and standards. She is a member of Resolution and a trained collaborative lawyer, reflecting her commitment to constructive, solution-focused approaches to family disputes.
