Jenna is also involved in promoting the firm’s services, taking calls as part of the Residential Sales team, explaining how the firm can assist and securing instructions from new clients. She actively encourages clients to provide feedback and complete reviews, supporting the firm’s commitment to service quality and continuous improvement.
With over 20 years’ experience in the travel industry, Jenna brings a strong background in customer service across face-to-face, telephone and social media channels. This experience underpins her calm, professional approach to client interactions and her ability to manage challenging conversations while keeping the client’s needs at the centre.
