Kirsten Major is a FOH Legal Assistant in the Family Law team, combining front-of-house duties with administrative support for fee earners. She welcomes clients, manages reception, co‑ordinates diaries and meeting rooms, assists with appointment scheduling and helps with general office administration and file management, handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Kirsten liaises with clients, courts and third parties where required, ensuring clear communication and a smooth experience for those using the service. She brings a varied professional background across customer service, childcare, education and administration, having run her own childminding business for 10 years, supported SEN children in a primary school setting and worked in hospitality. This experience underpins her excellent client care, strong organisational skills, empathy and patience, particularly when working with children and vulnerable individuals. She is confident using Microsoft Office and case management systems and is trained in safeguarding.
