Lewis Osgerby is the Marketing Co‑ordinator at Pepperells Solicitors, supporting the planning and delivery of campaigns across email, social media, web, print and internal events. He oversees the day‑to‑day marketing activity on the firm’s website, email and social channels, ensuring everything is on brief, on brand and delivered on schedule.

In his role, Lewis co‑ordinates content and creative work with colleagues across the firm, including fee‑earners, HR and management, ensuring briefs are clear, assets are organised and deadlines are met. He manages and updates the website, social media accounts and email platforms in line with brand guidelines, uploading and proofreading content and scheduling posts. He also creates and edits video content – from filming on location to producing edits – for use across web, social and internal channels.

Lewis maintains the marketing calendar, tracking key campaign, event and announcement dates so that internal teams stay informed and aligned. He monitors the performance of marketing activity across web, social and email, producing reports or dashboards that highlight results and recommendations.

He began his career as a freelance marketer for a local magazine, building strong foundations in content creation and audience engagement, before joining a Beverley‑based social media agency through the Kickstart scheme, where he developed his skills as a Social Media Manager. He later moved to Pepperells, where he has honed his expertise and progressed into his current Marketing Co‑ordinator role. Lewis is an ACIM member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and has contributed to team successes including an Innovative Marketing Award win and a further Innovative Marketing Award shortlisting.
