Stephen Munro is a Duty Solicitor specialising in criminal and military law. He represents clients at the police station and Military Police Station, in the Magistrates’ Court, and, with Higher Rights of Audience, before the Crown Court and at Courts Martial.
Stephen began his legal career in 1998 after serving in the Army, first qualifying as a Legal Executive before qualifying as a Solicitor in 2011. He has extensive experience advising and representing clients across the full spectrum of criminal matters, from road traffic offences and Exceptional Hardship applications through to the most serious allegations, including cases involving murder. He conducts advocacy in the Magistrates’ Court, Crown Court and before Military Courts, and is both Police Station and Duty Solicitor qualified with Higher Rights of Audience (Criminal).
