Victoria is the Deputy Head of the Dispute Resolution Team dealing with all types of civil litigation. She has a background in family law, personal injury and criminal injury matters. Her workload consists of all types of injury claims including abuse, contempt of court, Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act (TOLATA), boundary disputes, landlord matters, possession proceedings, debt recovery and tenant issues.
Victoria prides herself in being able to think outside to box to assist clients and has a friendly and approachable manner.
Victoria has a specialism in criminal injury compensation claims, in particular sexual abuse whether this be of historic, adult or child. She has represented victims of Dr Gérard Rogerson, Darryl Rowe who deliberating infected his victims with HIV and solicitor, Martin Rogerson.
